Abstract

The reliability of the technical manufacturing base of each state depends on the supplies of energies and drinking water in standard as well as extraordinary conditions. An extraordinary event or crisis situation can be caused by natural influences and anthropogenic events. Whereas in standard conditions, the supply of energies follows from contractual relationships, in case of extraordinary event it follows from a real situation that has occurred in the concerned entity of technical infrastructure. A common condition of technical–operational safety and manufacturing activity of all entities in standard and extraordinary situations is the reliability and continuity of water supplies for technological and sanitary purposes. This article presents what the threats and natural and anthropogenic conditions that can disrupt or completely exclude manufacturing processes are and how these threats can be effectively coped with in the real environment.

Cal respondre com volem que sigui la formació professional del futur. És important perquè el sistema de formació professional està format per una amalgama de subsistemes no sempre ben connectats entre ells i amb divergències estratègiques. La formació inicial, en alternança simple o dual, la formació per a l'ocupació, la formació professional a mida i la formació universitària volen satisfer la demanda de talent per part del teixit econòmic, i molt especialment les demandes dels tres grans sectors, indústria, agricultura i serveis.

La dualització dels cicles formatius de formació inicial està essent un èxit arreu del país i ha demostrat que la metodologia de treball és efectiva per a obtenir grans taxes d'inserció i per tant disminuir l'atur en general i el juvenil en particular. Les demandes de les empreses, a banda de quantitat de persones preparades i que desitgin treballar fan especial èmfasi en les competències personals associades a cada ofici més enllà de les competències tècniques que es poden aprendre al lloc de treball.

La societat té grans reptes a davant que afectaran la formació professional. El més important és el nou marc de relacions laborals que es preveu amb l'increment de productivitat i automatització de la producció industrial i dels serveis. La renda mínima que acabarem implementant tindrà un impacte considerable en com les persones afrontem les relacions personals d'una forma íntima i hem de ser capaços de captar, retenir i ampliar el talent del nostre país en aquest context.

Els grans jaciments d'ocupació els tenim en la formació superior, tant en trams no universitaris com universitaris però la manca de vocacions impedeix que la demanda de les empreses trobi correspondència en matrícules. Cal afrontar aquest problema que afecta la percepció de les famílies i els estigmes de gènere. La formació industrial és la gran tractora de la formació professional i no som capaços d'atraure talent a aquestes carreres professionals. Els instruments per afrontar aquest repte són l'especialització territorial, la coordinació i integració dels diferents itineraris acadèmics i professionals dins de l'administració i la posta en marxa de polítiques que tinguin com a prioritat la captació de talent al sistema de formació professional.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how the management function that applied by each shuttlecock craftsman in Lawatan Village. This research uses qualitative methode. The data source for this research are primary and secondary. The primary data is taken by observation and interview, meanwhile the secondry data is taken by documentation. There are four interviewees. The research is condusted in two different shuttlecock companies, they are UD. Tri Sakti and Gramedia. The purpose of the research is to know the management of shuttlecock industry in Lawatan Village. The verification of data validity in this research used credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The result of this research found that the management in 2 shuttlecock companies have been applied well. The planning is well planned by each manager of shuttlecock companies. The orginizing from each company have been stated by the manager with some criterias. The briefing is well performed by each manager, so that the employee is be able to work according to the direction. Then controlling from each company need to be improved to minimilize error in working. The conclution is management of Sport Equipment Industry Shuttlecock in Lawatan Village implements well four management functions, that are planning, orginizing, briefing, and controlling.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to figure out the existence of the taekwondo supply business in Semarang. This study approach uses descriptive method. Techniques of collecting data using purposive sampling. Sources of data in the form of primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained by interview and observation while secondary data obtained by documentation. Source triangulation and technique triangulation are used to examine the validity of the data. Data analysis obtained by reduction, display data, and conclusion. Based on the research in Semarang, there is a taekwondo supply business that has distributed their goods to several regions in Indonesia. In the operational level, these two companies still use manual methods in the production process and the human resources used are taken from the local community. Basically, these two companies have carried out the management process, while the financial aspects of these two companies differ in capital and objectives. For the information systems, ZAO makes better use of them. The company has a fairly good management system because it has fulfilled its four management functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. Suggestion the taekwondo supply company in Semarang should develop their marketing management in order to maintain its stability in the field of the taekwondo supply business.

The purpose of the research to know the description of management includes planning, organizing, driving, and supervision of sports industry management in Demak regency. Methods This research is a survey research using qualitative descriptive approach. The result of this research is 1) The planning process done by sports industry in Demak Regency has been run in accordance with the management function, 2) The management of sports industry in Demak Regency is still lacking, because the whole of sports industry does not have organizational structure so there are many double function to the owner and employees, 3) The management of sports industry in Demak Regency is quite good, because the communication between owner, manager and employee is good, employees also execute manager's orders well in accordance with their duties, 4) Sports industry supervision management in Demak Regency is good, because all owners always supervise their employees.

Particle-In-Cell (PIC) methods such as the Material Point Method (MPM) can be cast in formulations suitable to the requirements of data locality and fine-grained parallelism of modern hardware accelerators such as Graphics Processing Units (GPUs). While continuum mechanics simulations have already shown the capabilities of MPM on a wide range of phenomena, the use of the method in compressible gas dynamics is less frequent. This contribution aims to show the potential of a GPU-based MPM parallel implementation for compressible fluid dynamics, as well as to assess the reliability of this approach in reproducing supersonic gas flows against solid obstacles. The results in the paper represent a stepping stone towards a highly parallel, Multi-GPU, MPM-base solver for M ach > 1 Fluid-Structure Interaction problems.

The aim of a study on the legal and regulatory framework for the retargeting of industrial production to diverse equipment and technologies is to identifying the stages and directions for the development of sectors of the economy that are strategically important for the country (end-to-end technologies, critical industries, etc.). The idea is to analyze the logic of the state regulation, tracking measures in terms of implementation of anti-sanction policy, fixing opportunities and conditions for import substitution and import independence. The data obtained are the first stage of the study on retargeting of industrial production to diverse equipment and technologies, including import substitution. The main conclusion that can be drawn from the results of the analysis is that monitoring state regulation allows us to see the logic of the retargeting of industrial production to diverse equipment and technologies, to see emerging of a system of measures to counter the sanctions policy, and also to identify the conditions for import substitution. The purpose of the preprint is to present the results of the study on the legal framework for the retargeting of industrial production to diverse equipment and technologies (including import substitution), which makes it possible to see the stages and sequence of application of state regulation mechanisms. The research is based on the methodology of system analysis, the method of systematization and generalization of the regulatory legal framework is used. During the study, regulatory legal documents were studied in chronological order, considering them as a set of tools (mechanisms) for the retargeting of industrial production to diverse equipment and technologies (including import substitution). The results of the study can be applied while developing public policy that can enhances the flexibility and adaptability of the system of vocational education and training system in the context of the retargeting of industrial production, technology and software, taking into account industry specifics (end-to-end technologies, critical industries, etc.) and the anti-sanction measures.
