Abstract
A partir de la inmersión de la institución Caja de Compensación Familiar Comfenalco Santander seccional Bucaramanga, donde mantienen una unidad de intermediación para el empleo se efectúa un análisis con el propósito de formular una propuesta que mejore el proceso que hace la institución entre solicitantes de empleo y las empresas que ofrecen vacantes. Para lograr este objetivo se realizó una encuesta a funcionarios encargados de cada uno de las etapas del procedimiento conocido internamente como ruta de empleabilidad, y con esta información se construyen estadísticas de eficacia de los procesos y se identifican oportunidades de mejora. Al final se entrega un perfil descriptivo y de indicadores de cómo estos procedimientos funcionan y se dan propuestas estratégicas que permitan mejorar dicha imagen. Abstract
The present research work arises with the purpose of identifying the contributions of collective intelligence in Virtual and Distance Education, in students of the Minuto de Dios University Corporation. It presents a theoretical foundation based on post-development, critical pedagogy, cyberculture and collective intelligence. The study is qualitative descriptive and was carried out from the methodological strategy of the systematization of experiences, taking into account three guiding categories: challenges of the digital culture; support networks; significant experiences The results emphasize the autonomous, collaborative work and the configuration of virtual communities that recognize intercultural and intergenerational knowledge exchanges.

Abstract
En el artículo que se presenta, se muestra cómo el inglés influye en diferentes campos disciplinarios. Por lo tanto, en el caso de la educación, este lenguaje ha llegado a penetrar en varios niveles de educación formal e informal; La educación superior, así como los maestros y futuros maestros, ya que muchos de los nuevos profesionales de la educación deben adaptar el inglés a sus discursos pedagógicos y sus prácticas. Este estudio, en el que se basó este artículo, utiliza un diseño cualitativo y un enfoque hermenéutico. Sin embargo, a pesar de tener una perspectiva intersubjetiva, se implementaron técnicas de recolección de datos cuantitativos y cuantitativos: talleres individuales, entrevistas semiestructuradas, grupos de discusión, observaciones no participantes y encuestas. Además, La investigación de la cual se derivó la redacción de este artículo se denominó Formación pedagógica de profesionales en educación infantil temprana y su relación con la didáctica en un contexto internacional, en el que participaron: Universidad Católica Luis Amigó de Medellín, Universidad del Maule de Chile y La Red. Iberoamericana de Pedagogía. Entre los hallazgos más significativos, se percibe cómo los profesionales no reciben suficiente capacitación en métodos de enseñanza de inglés, así como la incapacidad de obtener un trabajo debido al bajo dominio lingüístico del idioma inglés.

Abstract
En la actual sociedad moderna y mediada por el uso de las tecnologías, contar con los conocimiento financieros se convierte en una necesidad, ya que a diario el ser humano se enfrenta a la toma de decisiones importantes para el desarrollo de su propio bienestar, tales como: ¿qué producto comprar?, ¿cuál se consideraría más seguro y rentable?, en ¿dónde depositar los ahorros?, ¿qué y cuál préstamo es el que ofrece un costo más estable en el tiempo? … estas y otras razones son elementos necesarios para el fortalecimiento de las decisiones responsables y el desarrollo de la libertad personal, aspectos asociados a los rendimientos, costos y riesgos a la hora de elegir sobre ¿qué y cómo invertir?, tomando entonces, cada vez más relevancia en la necesidad de formarse en conocimientos financieros (Domínguez, 2013).

Abstract
The book chapter is a contribution to education and is based on the development of didactic materials for the social transformation of children, youth and adolescents (NNJA) from the teaching-learning of Chemistry. Thus, they were taught to prepare materials, prepare organic fertilizers, and implement hydroponic crops with a view to solving real problems in everyday life from the teaching-learning of Chemistry, made with apprentices of the Atlantic Regional Seine. Practical work was carried out in the elaboration of organic fertilizers with a view to strengthening the culture on care and conservation of the environment, in which they are immersed. Likewise, a socio-demographic diagnostic assessment is made where it is detected that these children, youth and adolescents live in vulnerable sectors, with low economic resources from their family income and a medium level of malnutrition. An educational project of social transformation is implemented in this vulnerable population that have been trained with transmission processes in schools, affecting in large part the social growth of these families. In conclusion, a creative and dynamic pedagogical work was observed by the apprentices of the Technical Secondary Education offered by the SENA National Learning Service in the educational institutions of the department of Atlántico, taking as an example in the lower grades of the school environments, and it is clear that it is a didactic alternative that can be used in education through the teaching-learning processes of chemistry. Abstract
In recent years, the study of computational hemodynamics within anatomically complex vascular regions has generated great interest among clinicians. The progress in computational fluid dynamics, image processing and high-performance computing have allowed us to identify the candidate vascular regions for the appearance of cardiovascular diseases and to predict how this disease may evolve. In this monograph we attempt to introduce into medicine the computational predictive paradigm that has been used in engineering for many years. Several groups have tried to create predictive models for cardiovascular pathologies, but they have not yet begun to use them in clinical practice. Our final aim is to go further and obtain predictive variables to be used in the clinical field. We try to predict the evolution of aortic abdominal aneurysm, aortic coarctation and coronary artery disease in a personalized way for each patient. We propose diagnostic indicators that can improve the diagnosis and predict the evolution of the disease more efficiently than the methods used until now. In particular, a new methodology for computing diagnostic indicators based on computational hemodynamics and medical imaging is proposed. We have worked with data of anonymous patients to create real predictive technology that will allow us to continue advancing in personalized medicine and generate a more sustainable health systems. The objective of this monograph is therefore to develop predictive models for cardiovascular pathologies by merging medical imaging and computational techniques at a clinical level. It is expected in the near future that larger databases of patient-specific computational models will be available to doctors. These data can be used with predictive models to improve diagnosis and to define personalized therapies and treatments.

Abstract
La elevada actividad de las diferentes civilizaciones de la historia de la mediterránea ha dotado de un extenso patrimonio arquitectónico a todas las tierras bañadas por este mar. Su elevado valor artístico e histórico explica la preocupación de la sociedad actual por conservar este legado de nuestro pasado. Es el caso del edificio objeto de estudio, la actual mezquita Pequeña Santa Sofía de Estambul. Se trata de una basílica bizantina con una de las mayores cúpulas de su época. El edificio tiene 1500 años de antigüedad, hecho que da crédito de su enorme valor histórico. A pesar de ello, la mezquita fue descuidada en el siglo pasado, provocando su progresivo deterioro, visible en la existencia de numerosas zonas fisuradas y deformadas. La apariencia exterior empeoró más cuando el 17 de agosto de 1999 el edificio sufre un importante sismo que aumenta la obertura de las fisuras en el revestimiento. Este hecho despierta la conciencia de la necesidad de frenar el deterioro de la estructura. Sin embargo, el envejecimiento de las construcciones antiguas las ha transformado en pacientes delicados. Esta delicadeza exige antes de poder realizar cualquier actuación, un conocimiento previo, lo más exhaustivo posible, del estado actual y del comportamiento resistente de la construcción. Se trata de un análisis complejo por las características propias de las construcciones antiguas. Son de geometría complicada por estar formadas por una combinación de distintos elementos estructurales tales como muros de carga, contrafuertes, pilares, arcos, bóvedas o cúpulas. Además tenemos la presencia de numerosos materiales de características muy distintas como la obra de fábrica de ladrillo, la sillería, la madera o los metales. También complica el análisis la dificultad de considerar las acciones que afectan a largo plazo la construcción como la fluencia, el cansancio del material o los ciclos ambientales. Para poder afrontar este estudio tan complejo se requiere el empleo de herramientas sofisticadas de cálculo estructural en combinación con un buen conocimiento de los parámetros que definen la construcción, obtenidos de una medición in situ. El análisis presente se engloba en este conjunto de estudios y responde a la voluntad por parte de los responsables de la Pequeña Santa Sofía de entender su funcionamiento estructural para, de esta forma, poder realizar una intervención que restaure los daños actuales y frene la degradación del edificio. La mezquita está construida básicamente en obra de fábrica de ladrillo, material de escasa resistencia a tracción. Por este motivo y por la complejidad de su geometría se va a utilizar como herramienta de análisis el método de los elementos finitos en combinación con un modelo constitutivo no lineal del material, concretamente un modelo traccióncompresión de daño. Esta herramienta aporta la facilidad de poder generar un modelo geométrico tridimensional mediante elementos tetraédricos, la capacidad de diferenciar el comportamiento a tracción y a compresión del material y gran versatilidad para analizar distintas hipótesis de carga. El estudio se concentrará en el análisis de tres hipótesis de carga distintas. En primer lugar el comportamiento bajo el efecto exclusivo del peso propio. A continuación se analizarán los efectos que produce un asentamiento diferencial de las columnas respecto los muros. Finalmente se efectuará un análisis aproximado del efecto que produce una solicitación sísmica sobre el edificio, debido a la elevada actividad sísmica que padece la ciudad de Estambul. Con todo ello se pretende entender cuál es el comportamiento estructural del edificio y relacionar sus principales fisuras con las distintas hipótesis de carga.

A mixed Finite Element formulation for incompressibility using linear displacement and pressure interpolations

Abstract
In this work shall be presented a stabilized finite element method to deal with incompressibility in solid mechanics. A mixed formulation involving pressure and displacement fields is used and a continuous linear interpolation is considered for both fields. To overcome the Ladyzhenskaya-Babuska-Brezzi condition, a stabilization technique based on the orthogonal sub-grid scale method is introduced. The main advantage of the method is the possibility of using linear triangular finite elements, which are easy to generate for real industrial applications. Results are compared with several improved formulations, as the enhanced assumed strain method (EAS) and the Q1P0-formulation, in nearly incompressible problems and in the context of linear elasticity and J2-plasticity.

Abstract
The use of stabilization methods is becoming an increasingly well-accepted technique due to their success in dealing with numerous numerical pathologies that arise in a variety of applications in computational mechanics. In this monograph a multiscale finite element method technique to deal with pressure stabilization of nearly incompressibility problems in nonlinear solid mechanics at small and finite deformations J2 plasticity is presented. A mixed formulation involving pressure and displacement fields is used as starting point. Within the finite element discretization setting, continuous linear interpolation for both fields is considered. To overcome the Babuˇska-Brezzi stability condition, a multiscale stabilization method based on the Orthogonal Subgrid Scale (OSGS) technique is introduced. Suitable nonlinear expression of the stabilization parameters are proposed. The main advantage of the method is the possibility of using linear triangular or tetrahedral finite elements, which are easy to generate and, therefore, very convenient for practical industrial applications. Numerical results obtained using the OSGS stabilization technique are compared with results provided by the P1 standard Galerkin displacements linear triangular/tehrahedral element, P1/P1 standard mixed linear displacements/ linear pressure triangular/tetrahedral element and Q1/P0 mixed bilinear/ trilinear displacements/constant pressure quadrilateral/hexahedral element for 2D/3D nearly incompressible problems in the context of nonlinear small and finite deformation J2 plasticity models.

Abstract
This paper deals with the computational modeling and numerical simulation of the material flow around the probe tool in a Friction Stir Welding (FSW) process. Within the paradigmatic framework of the multiscale stabilization methods, suitable subgrid scale stabilized coupled thermomechanical formulations have been developed using an Eulerian description. Norton-Hoff and Sheppard-Wright thermo-rigid-viscoplastic constitutive material models have been considered. Constitutive equations for the subgrid scale models have been proposed and an approximation of the subgrid scale variables has been given. In particular Algebraic Subgrid Scale (ASGS) and Orthogonal Subgrid Scale (OSGS) methods for P1/P1/P1 linear elements have been considered. Furthermore, it has been shown that well known classical stabilized formulations, such as the Galerkin Least-Squares (GLS) or Streamline Upwind/Petrov-Galerkin (SUPG) methods, can be recovered as particular cases of the multiscale stabilization framework considered. Within the framework of a product formula algorithm, the resulting algebraic system of equations has been solved using a staggered procedure, in which a mechanical problem, defined by the plastic strain rate incompressibility equation and the quasi-static linear momentum balance equation, is solved at a constant temperature and a thermal problem, defined by the energy balance equation, is solved keeping constant the mechanical variables. The computational model has been implemented in the in-house developed FE software COMET. An assessment of the influence of the thermal deformation in the formulation has been carried out. Results obtained show that the influence of the thermal deformation is very small and can be neglected, getting a fully incompressible formulation. Finally, the computational model implemented in COMET has been validated through a number of examples, including a 3D numerical simulation of a FSW process. Numerical results obtained have been compared with experimental results available in the literature. A good agreement on the temperature distribution has been obtained and predicted peak temperatures compare well, both in value and position, with the experimental results available.

Abstract
This work includes the numerical simulation of different locations within one meter thick walls experimentally investigated by Mangold (1994). Mangold simulated the hardening process in different walls during the frist seven days with the help of a so called "cracking frame". Continuous measurings of deformations gave the basis to quantify the stresses and thus the zero-stress temperature in the studied locations. The aim of the work is to verify the prediction of stress development of the finite element program COMET includind the constitutive model, developed by Cervera et al. (1999). The reference temperature used for the calculation of thermal strains in the model is discussed in relation to the zero-stress temperature given by Mangold (1994). Moreover the effect of viscosity and the chemical aspect of the model are studied. Starting from a given development of temperature from Mangold (1994), all parts of the cross-section could be simulated in one element. The predicted stress development is compared with the experimental results of Mangold (1994).

Abstract
Desde una perspectiva metodológica general, el presente estudio pretende desarrollar una herramienta basada en la utilización del diseño asistido por ordenador para el análisis numérico del comportamiento resistente de presas de hormigón, a la vez que una metodología de aplicación de la misma para el análisis de seguridad de las presas. Para este propósito, se ha intentado desarrollar un sistema genérico, modular y unificador, que permita tener en cuenta los más diversos factores como el comportamiento no-lineal del material, la interacción con el terreno y el fluido del embalse, la acción de cargas estáticas y dinámicas o la excitación sísmica.

Abstract
This work formulates a relatively simple isotropic local Overlay J2-Viscoelastic-Viscoplastic-Viscodamage constitutive model (O-J2-VVV) which encompasses the merits of both the plastic and continuum damage formulations. The plastic component of the model account for inelastic permanent strains, while the damage component account for loss of stiffness. The plas- tic and damage softening moduli are regularized according to the material mode II fracture energy and the element size. The Orthogonal SubGrid Stabilization Method (OSGS ) is used to ensure existance and uniquess of the solution for strain shear strain localization processes, attaining global and local stability of the corresponding discrete finite element formulation. Consistent residual viscosity is used to enhance robustness and convergence of the formulation. Numerical examples show that the formulation derived is versatily, fully stable and remarkably robust, The solutions obtained are completely mesh independent, unlike those obtained with the ill-posed standard approaches.
