Abstract

The relevance of the study is due to the urgent need to develop a health management system for workers employed at life support and continuous cycle enterprises in the conditions of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19).

Subject of research: health management system for employees of life support and continuous cycle enterprises in the conditions of the pandemic.

Objective: to develop approaches to human capital management at life-support and continuous cycle enterprises, excluding the possibility of downtime due to attrition (sick and quarantined staff) during pandemics and avoiding the risk of mass infection of workers with repeated waves of epidemics.

Scientific novelty is determined by the development of new methods and technologies of the occupational health management system for workers at life support and continuous cycle enterprises in the conditions of pandemics.

The study was conducted at RANEPA in 2021, using a set of analytical methods, questionnaires and programming.

Methods: observation; surveys, system analysis, socio-economic analysis; comparative legal analysis; theory of multi-agent systems; formal analysis of historical phenomena; elements of the theory of expert systems, database creation.

Results: Data from the analysis of the compliance of legal relations and international experience in managing workers’ health and the specifics of the organization of life support and continuous cycle enterprises during the COVID-19 pandemic; A model regulation on the health management service of life support and continuous cycle employees; A methodology for sociological research of organizational approaches by the subjects of the Russian Federation to ensure operation of continuous cycle enterprises in the conditions of increased emergency preparedness; Methodology of expert evaluation of investment projects in the field of workers’ health protection of workers and health management of workers at life support and continuous cycle enterprises during the actual pandemics; Methodological recommendations; Computer program "Interactive testing of knowledge in the field of healthy lifestyle, environmental well-being and prevention of coronavirus infection
