Abstract

The relevance of the research is determined by the increasing importance of professional qualities of an individual, ensuring quick and successful labor adaptation, in connection with the situation of production restructuring, including those due to a change in technological priorities in several industries and the import substitution strategy, as well as instability of regional labor markets. The object of observation is working practices both individual events and features of the educational process as a whole – aimed at ensuring successful labor adaptation of graduates of vocational educational organizations. The purpose of the research is to identify the practices of vocational educational organizations aimed at ensuring successful labor adaptation of graduates and assessing its effectiveness on the part of the management of these organizations, as well as the attitude of managers to the task of developing key competencies of graduates as a resource for labor adaptation. The research tool is an unstructured interview. Main results.
