Modern Approaches to Forming Legal Support for Reforming Control and Supervision Activities

Abstract

One of the main tasks of the state at the present stage is the development of a clear concept of control and discordant activity, ensuring sustainable socio-economic development of the state, creating conditions for the unhindered development of entrepreneurial and other economic activities, as well as ensuring the safe life of a person, society, state in conditions, excluding (minimizing) the possibility of causing harm by the processes and results of entrepreneurial and other economic activities. Successful reform of control and supervisory activities is impossible without the proper design of its legal support.
