- Set up strategies strengthening scientific research capacity at king Abdulaziz Unversity (KAU):
- Review and update the KAU ISI paper database. Address KAU weaknesses in world ranking indicators.
- Broaden the network of the university especially with highly cited researchers
- Elaborate proposals for funding different research programs for the deanship of scientific research
- Co-organize the Scientific Research Week since 2014. During this annual research meeting, different activities (conferences, trainings and workshops) are presented by international and local highly qualified specialists.
