Abstract

Taking the double-layer water injection well and one graded water distributor could regulate two layers as the design and research goal, the sliding double-layer water injection distributor was designed by using the forward and reverse rotation of the driving motor to control the opening and closing of the two nozzles. The flow field of the two flow channels under different opening was analyzed by FLUENT software. The research shows that when the opening of the nozzle was less than 10mm, the maximum flow rate decreases rapidly, and when the opening exceeds 10mm, it decreases slowly. The mathematical models of flow pressure, flow velocity, and nozzle opening were obtained by data analysis and fitting. Finally, the kinematics simulation was carried out by AAMS, and the maximum friction force borne by each sealing in the movement process was obtained. The maximum torque borne in the movement process was 120.5N·m, which was less than the rated torque. The supporting motor could meet the design requirements.

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of simple structural form of domestic alloy anti-scaling tool and insufficient performance of anti-scaling alloy, the method of introducing cyclone impeller is proposed to complete the design of a new type of water injection alloy anti-scaling tool. Based on numerical simulation and related literature, five structural parameters such as impeller blade wrap angle and impeller blade exit angle were selected, for which 25 groups of single-factor structural parameter size simulation analyses were completed by numerical simulation, and a five-factor, three-level orthogonal optimization scheme was determined, and 18 groups of orthogonal simulation optimization were completed, and a multi-indicator comprehensive evaluation model of the new type of water injection alloy anti-scaling tool was established by entropy weighting, and a comprehensive performance evaluation index K value of the new alloy anti-scaling tool was set up by entropy weighting. The K value of the comprehensive performance evaluation index was used to carry out intuitive analysis and ANOVA on the orthogonal test results, and the optimal structural parameter scheme of the tool was obtained. Numerical simulation analysis of the optimised tool structure shows that the K value of the comprehensive evaluation index of the structural scheme increases by 7% compared with that before the optimisation, and the flow field test of the new water injection alloy anti-scaling tool test model is carried out by using the PIV three-dimensional velocity test system, and the results show that the error value of the numerical simulation results and the test results is within 8%, which verifies the reliability of the numerical simulation results and the validity of the design and optimisation of the structure of the new water injection alloy anti-scaling tool. The results show that the error between the numerical simulation results and the test results is less than 8%, which verifies the reliability of the numerical simulation results and the effectiveness of the new water injection alloy anti-scaling tool's structural design and optimisation.
