Assessment of the Impact of Agreements on the Provision of Subsidies to the Constituent Entities of the Russian Federation on the Level of Their Socio-Economic Development and the Quality of Regional Finance Management

Abstract

Subsidies for equalizing budgetary provision (hereinafter referred to as subsidies) make up about 80% of inappropriate inter-budgetary transfers and are aimed at smoothing out the disparities in incomes that the regions have to independently resolve issues within their competence.
