Jaime Jesús Delgado received his engineering degree in electronics and telecommunications engineering at the Technological University of Panama (UTP), Panamá in 2014. In 2017 he completed an MBA specialization in finance at the Interamerican University of Panama. Currently he is a student of the master's degree in electrical engineering with specialization in power.

He has develop professional practice in electronics and telecommunications engineering since 2014 to the present in the field of electronics, computing, and design of digital communications infrastructure.
