Quality of Service (QoS) is a basic functionality that the Internet needs to be able to cope with when the applications increased in number and varied in use. Internet QoS issues concerning the Internet involves many different areas: end user QoS, ISP network QoS, backbone QoS. Backbone QoS is the problem concerning traffic engineering and bandwidth.
