Dr. Aurrekoetxea focuses his research on the study of the material-process-property relationship for lightweight fibre reinforced composites, with special emphasis on impact-resistant and damage tolerant materials manufactured by resin transfer moulding, stamp-forming and additive manufacturing. He is co-author of 65 papers in peer-review journals (62% in Q1) and cited more than 1000 times. He is also certified by the PMI (2316080) as a Project Management Professional (PMP)®.
