&lt;br /&gt;
The tipple building located within the Greenhill Mine complex (a Provincial historic site) in southern Alberta, Canada is a reinforced concrete frame with a steel superstructure. The structure has been analyzed to assess its current state and the extent and causes of deterioration. The analysis is performed using data obtained from field and laboratory tests and evaluations and by using SAP2000 structural analysis software. Possible ways for conservation and restoration of the building for two different future uses are explored, and recommendations are provided.&lt;br /&gt;
