-Abstract<br/>The Gross Domestic Talent (GDT) is an innovative concept that seeks to redefine the measurement of talent in knowledge societies, especially in a world increasingly driven by artificial intelligence (AI). This index focuses on human skills that cannot be replicated by technology, such as creativity, emotional intelligence, innovation, and adaptability, which are essential for maintaining competitiveness in the digital era. The aim of the article is to propose a new methodology for measuring GDT through a Gross Domestic Talent Index (GDTI), evaluating five key dimensions: Demography, Capabilities, Business, Education, and Policies. To develop GDT, it is crucial to update educational plans, promote continuous learning, establish partnerships between governments, educational institutions, and companies, and implement inclusive policies that foster entrepreneurship and attract global talent. Ethically integrating AI into sectors such as education and healthcare ensures a fair transition to an automated economy, allowing GDT to become a driver of sustainable economic growth and strengthening human and technological capacities for the benefit of society.
