A partir de microdades de l’Enquesta de Condicions de Vida i altres fonts, s’analitzen les implicacions socials d’aquestes dinàmiques, posant un èmfasi especial en la taxa de sobrecàrrega financera, la pobresa energètica i les formes d’exclusió residencial. També es destaquen els impactes desiguals sobre col·lectius vulnerables com els joves, les llars amb rendes baixes i la població migrant, així com l’expansió dels problemes d’accessibilitat a segments de renda mitjana.</ins></div></td></tr>
