This Equity Research aims at analysing Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles in order to assess the potential capital and dividend gains of holding the stock during 2020. It starts with a brief company description and macroeconomic overview. Afterwards, the automotive sector and its tendencies are analysed. Thereafter, the past performance of each operating segment is summarized to set the context for the valuation. The valuation resorts primarily to the DCF method. Nevertheless, the APV method as well as Multiples are employed to evaluate the results’ accuracy. Finally, a recommendation is, in addition to the associated expected gains and returns with the transaction.<br />
