Phase transitions of petroleum and commercial paraffins in gas condensate and its compositions have been studied with the application of the method of differential scanning calorimetry. According to the obtained data, the degree of crystallinity and the melting temperature of paraffins in the systems under study have been determined. Based on the results of the experimental work, it has been concluded that paraffin deposits can be used as insulating material of pipelines for oil transportation in a permafrost zone.Phase transitions of petroleum and commercial paraffins in gas condensate and its compositions have been studied with the application of the method of differential scanning calorimetry.
