&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;L&amp;amp;#39;abandonament dels estudis despr&amp;amp;eacute;s del per&amp;amp;iacute;ode d&amp;amp;rsquo;obligatorietat est&amp;amp;agrave; associat amb nivells m&amp;amp;eacute;s baixos de benestar i ocupaci&amp;amp;oacute;, particularment entre l&amp;amp;rsquo;alumnat vulnerable. Aquest article t&amp;amp;eacute; com a objectiu analitzar els elements organitzacionals, pedag&amp;amp;ograve;gics i de recursos dels centres educatius de secund&amp;amp;agrave;ria que poden ajudar a l&amp;amp;rsquo;alumnat a continuar la seva educaci&amp;amp;oacute; despr&amp;amp;eacute;s de l&amp;amp;rsquo;etapa obligat&amp;amp;ograve;ria. Per fer-ho, s&amp;amp;rsquo;ha constru&amp;amp;iuml;t una base de dades que combina registres administratius de m&amp;amp;eacute;s de 90.000 alumnes que han completat l&amp;amp;rsquo;educaci&amp;amp;oacute; secund&amp;amp;agrave;ria obligat&amp;amp;ograve;ria (ESO) a Barcelona entre el 2018 i el 2024, amb una enquesta detallada sobre pr&amp;amp;agrave;ctiques escolars que va ser resposta per 136 centres de secund&amp;amp;agrave;ria de la ciutat de Barcelona (66% del total). Amb aquesta informaci&amp;amp;oacute;, s&amp;amp;rsquo;ha dut a terme una an&amp;amp;agrave;lisi de regressi&amp;amp;oacute; log&amp;amp;iacute;stica per tal d&amp;amp;rsquo;identificar la probabilitat d&amp;amp;rsquo;un alumne de no matricular-se en estudis post-obligatoris durant els dos anys posteriors a completar l&amp;amp;rsquo;ESO. En aquesta an&amp;amp;agrave;lisi s&amp;amp;rsquo;incorporen caracter&amp;amp;iacute;stiques individuals dels alumnes, variables administratives a nivell de centre i pr&amp;amp;agrave;ctiques escolars reportades al q&amp;amp;uuml;estionari. Els resultats indiquen que les pr&amp;amp;agrave;ctiques escolars com la continu&amp;amp;iuml;tat de mat&amp;amp;egrave;ria durant les abs&amp;amp;egrave;ncies dels docents, la implementaci&amp;amp;oacute; de la monitoritzaci&amp;amp;oacute; di&amp;amp;agrave;ria de l&amp;amp;rsquo;assist&amp;amp;egrave;ncia de l&amp;amp;rsquo;alumnat o l&amp;amp;rsquo;orientaci&amp;amp;oacute; personalitzada poden reduir significativament la probabilitat d&amp;amp;rsquo;abandonar l&amp;amp;rsquo;educaci&amp;amp;oacute; de manera prematura, independentment del context socioecon&amp;amp;ograve;mic i acad&amp;amp;egrave;mic de l&amp;amp;rsquo;alumne.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
