<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; font-style: normal; font-size: 11px;">La necessitat d&rsquo;innovar en el sistema educatiu de Catalunya per poder-se adaptar als nous moments que planteja la societat actual.</p><br />

<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; font-style: normal; font-size: 11px;">S&rsquo;aportar&agrave; una an&agrave;lisi de la situaci&oacute; de Catalunya respecte a la resta de regions d&rsquo;Europa i es veur&agrave; com alguns d&egrave;ficits educatius afecten a la qualitat de la societat catalana en general, com per xemple aspectes de qualitat democr&agrave;tica, valor afegit en el treball i altres.</p><br />

<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; font-style: normal; font-size: 11px;">Es descriuran els elements de canvi m&eacute;s importants que afecten al sistema educatiu, tant pel que fa als objectius pedag&ograve;gics dels centres educatius com pel que afecta a la mateixa organitzaci&oacute; del centre des del punt de vista dels canvis en les organitzacions que han aparegut.</p><br />

<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; font-style: normal; font-size: 11px;">Es descriuran els principals problemes que t&eacute; plantejat el sistema educatiu catal&agrave;. En aquest sentit s&rsquo;abordaran, de manera general i a grans trets, alguns dels grans temes de debat com poden ser: l&rsquo;abandonament escolar prematur, el finan&ccedil;ament del sistema educatiu, els fonaments del sistema dual p&uacute;blic-privat, el sistema de beques, els incentius al professorat, els problemes de la Formaci&oacute; Professional, &hellip;, apuntant les tend&egrave;ncies i les possibles vies de soluci&oacute;.</p><br />

<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; font-style: normal; font-size: 11px;">Dins la descripci&oacute; dels problemes generals del sistema es far&agrave; tamb&eacute; esment als fonaments organitzatius estructurals de l&rsquo;educaci&oacute;: estructura dels curr&iacute;culums, organitzaci&oacute; dels centres educatius, provisi&oacute; de docents al sistema i avaluaci&oacute; del sistema, aix&iacute; com els canvis i interpretacions de les normes que cal fer per adaptar el sistema a les noves realitats.</p><br />
