&lt;br /&gt;

El primer &amp;amp;eacute;s que els recursos s&amp;amp;oacute;n m&amp;amp;eacute;s limitats perqu&amp;amp;egrave; els pressupostos p&amp;amp;uacute;blics no poden cr&amp;amp;eacute;ixer com ho havien fet en el passat.
