Abstract

The monograph explores theoretical basis of risk management and corporate governance, construction of the system and development of measures for risk management of the corporation of industrial enterprises of railway transport, the improvement of approaches to the classification of risks of industrial enterprises and developing risk management framework of industrial enterprises.
