Abstract

First, the current state of the contract system was investigated, its modern features were identified both in economic and regulatory aspects in order to determine and generalize those economic prerequisites that became the harbingers of the formation of the institution of advantages. The second direction consisted in the study of the current state of preferential regimes, the study of foreign approaches, acts of international law. Special attention was paid to the most complex and urgent issue of the implementation of the import substitution policy in recent years.
