Abstract

La formació per alternança: elements integradors per una formació professional amb visió humana i emprenedora.

Se propone exponer un sistema de formación en alternancia dentro de la Formación profesional reglada y continua. Teniendo en cuenta la experiencia actual en Catalunya e igualmente a nivel internacional, presentando los elementos que la formación por alternancia, añaden al sistema dual actualmente de moda en nuestro país.

Después de una síntesis que permita conocer los fundamentos, medios, fines y difusión mundial del sistema pedagógico de alternancia, se mostrará la importancia de la formación asociada: formación general, técnica y general, de forma transdisciplinar.

Actualmente hay muchas instituciones educativas, sistemas pedagógicos y leyes de educación, que incorporan ciertos componentes de la alternancia en sus planteamientos de la formación profesional formal, de la profesionalización de los trabajadores e incluso de la formación universitaria. La validación de lo adquirido por la experiencia (VAE) y la validación de lo adquirido por la profesión (VAP), permiten que la formación profesional no sea “finalizadora”, sino que sea un punto de partida en el proceso y carrera profesional de las personas

Algunas experiencias concretas de su aplicación, permiten atisbar las posibilidades de difusión y profundidad de la formación adquirida. Algunos elementos:

1. La necesidad de vincular a los jóvenes con su entorno para convertirlos en verdaderos actores de un desarrollo que sea sostenible

2. La importancia concedida a las innovaciones y proyectos surgidos de la valorización de los recursos locales

3. La conveniencia de sacar partido a las observaciones y experiencias que permitan mejoras y progresos en los ámbitos personal, familiar y territorial.

4. La necesidad de una formación integral para asumir responsabilidades en todos los campos de la vida, especialmente en el de la promoción del propio territorio,

Abstract

In the area of specialized news reporting, fashion occupies an increasingly role. The demand of the next media professional requires knowledge, deepening and practice to offset the presence of interested and intruder sources, which annul the role of the Fashion Journalist. This investigation is based on aspects like the lack of fashion specialized journalists formation, the lack of quality inside the journalistic texts and also the perspectives of new companies and work inside the Fashion Communication sector. The content analysis based on the VAP Tool (Value Added Journalism) that measures the quality of the information and also the making of personal interviews directed to specialized fashion sources that composes the methodological corpus of the investigation.

Abstract

The aim of this project had been the infusion specimens manufacturing to support design, analysis and qualification for the “Outcome Lower Skin” pyramid structural tests inside the Clean Sky 2 programm. It is the reinforcement lower skin structural tests pyramid for the C295 military aircraft from Airbus Defence & Space.

Along the project UD dry fiber manufacturing process had been developed until to obtain an automatic, robust and efficiency process in order to be able to manufacture a lower skin with stringers and spars integrated and that will be able to compete with the typical prepreg process with regard to fabricability, ratio, performance and cost.

The manufacturing process includes the dry fiber pre-forms automatic lay-up by AFP (Automated Fiber Placement), a hot-forming process for the stringers and finally a process infusion by VAP (Vacuum Assisted Process). To achive this goal, the AFP has been set up to optimize the laying parameters for the processing of the material to be used (½” Hexcel Hi-Tape fiber) and RTM6 resin. On the other hand, several tests of hot forming had been carried out modifying process variables, and several infusion bags configurations had been used to stringers and skin integration by infusion (VAP) until to find the key process parameters to obtain valid parts for the structural test pyramid.
