Abstract

Media studies in Spain have been conspicuous for their discontinuity, slumps, and reductionisms. Educational institutions haven’t actually acknowledged the key social role that media and their screens play as agents and role-models in education. Hence that there arises the pressing need to devise a program that co-ordinates and integrates audiovisual and multi-visual literacy within the present school syllabus.

Abstract

Description of a management indicators model for information technology (IT) services provided to an organization, based on tangible and intangible management indicators obtained from the 13 processes that make up the ISO/IEC 20000 and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (IT management framework references). The model has been empirically tested on more than 90 IT services provided by the Internal Systems Division of Indra to the organization. The results obtained show once again that to add value to an organization, its IT services must efficiently manage equipment availability, continuity and capacity and control changes, both to improve the response time of incident resolution and to ensure customer satisfaction.

However, these do not cover a solution for the technology events that can occur in the industry, government, education, among others. In the technology market there are several models to identify and analyze risks according to relevant aspects of their area of specialty e.g. projects, in software development, communications, information security and business alignment. For this reason, this research conducted an evaluation of risk management activities of the methodologies used mostly to know which of them includes more correspondence with basic elements of IT using a rating scale.
