Salud, Ciencia y Tecnología solo acepta manuscritos que no hayan sido publicados previamente, ni estén siendo valorados para su posible publicación en otra revista. Si un artículo se encuentra publicado total o parcialmente en las páginas web de un evento o congreso, en un servidor preprint (SciELO Preprints, PMC, Plos, MedRxiv, etc) o red social académica (ResearchGate), debe informarse a la redacción.

Todos los artículos son sometidos a evaluación de pares, mediante el sistema de doble ciego, si es aceptado luego del dictamen de los revisores y final por parte de los editores si es aceptado se envía a maquetación y es publicado.

Los tiempos del proceso editorial son los siguientes:

  • 10 días para la primera respuesta del editor de sección o pase a revisión por pares.
  • 30 a 90 días respuestas del editor sobre las observaciones de los pares revisores.
  • 1 a 7 días luego de la aprobación, publicación del artículo en el sitio de la revista.

As the way in which science and research are carried out has changed, BE-OPEN project aims to assist in operationalising Open Science in transport research at the European level, through a series of targeted coordination and support activities.

BE-OPEN is a 30-months Horizon 2020 Coordination and Support Action that started on 01 January 2019, and addresses the call MG-4-2-2018 Building Open Science platforms in transport research.

The journal emphasizes contributions which address one or more of the areas identified in the title. The term infrastructure refers here to the physical facilities which allow moving or storing products, raw materials, water, solid waste, energy, information or people. This includes bridges, ports, canals, airports, railroads, systems of urban traffic, roads, lifelines, energy transportation, pipelines, dams, water treatment plants, tanks, silos, and others. Emphasis on natural disaster is placed on hurricanes, tornados, earthquakes, floods, drafts, fire, landslides, and others. The journal also deals with man-made accidents, such as design or construction errors, explosions, impacts with vehicles, and others.

El alcance de esta publicación comprende los sistemas de ingeniería que dan apoyo y sirven para el diseño de la infraestructura civil, y a los desastres naturales y accidentes de origen humano que pueden afectar esa infraestructura. La revista publica contribuciones que se refieran a la conjunción de más de una de las áreas temáticas definidas en el título, o a una de ellas. Analysis of Multidisciplinary Big Data is also becoming extremely important in process control, intelligent systems for surveillance and safety procedures.
Opportunities offered by Multi Physics, Multi Scales and Multi Big Data (CM3) methods span the industrial spectrum, including greener technologies for Aerospace, Automotive, Logistics, Marine and Maritime, Rail, among other sectors.
