	<description><![CDATA[<p>Senior Project Manager &amp;&nbsp;Technical Coordinator&nbsp;at AIMEN Technology Center</p><p>She holds a degree in Chemistry (Physical Chemistry) and an MSc in Welding Engineering, both from the University of Vigo (Spain). She began her career at AIMEN<span style="font-size: 12.8px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;in 2007</span> in the NDT department, specializing in non-destructive testing of materials. With over 12&nbsp;years of experience in composite materials, manufacturing, and testing. She also spent two months in 2014 at TPRC (ThermoPlastic Research Center), working on composite welding. She has been involved in European, national, and regional R&amp;D projects focused on advanced manufacturing processes for composite and multi-materials in the automotive, naval, aeronautical, and wind sectors. Currently, she works at Advanced Composites Technologies&nbsp;as a Senior Researcher, specializing in infusion manufacturing processes for composite materials.</p>]]></description>

Doctorado internacional realizado en el grupo &ldquo;Polymers and Soft-Matter&rdquo; del Centro de F&iacute;sica de Materiales (CFM, UPV/EHU) y en &ldquo;Polymer and Soft-Matter Dynamics&rdquo; (Universit&eacute; Libre de Bruxelles, ULB). Especializada en el campo de los materiales polim&eacute;ricos habiendo realizado m&aacute;steres en Qu&iacute;mica Aplicada y Materiales Polim&eacute;ricos (UPV/EHU-2010) y en Dise&ntilde;o de Producto Pl&aacute;stico y Gesti&oacute;n (Leartiker-London Metropolitan University-2012). Profesionalmente ha desarrollado sus conocimientos en los departamentos de I+D del Centro de Investigaci&oacute;n Joxe Mari Korta (Polymat), y en compa&ntilde;&iacute;as dedicadas al sector e&oacute;lico y a la automoci&oacute;n. Su trabajo en IDEKO desde 2018 est&aacute; ligado al desarrollo e innovaci&oacute;n de procesos de fabricaci&oacute;n de materiales compuestos, englobando tecnolog&iacute;as de laminaci&oacute;n, corte, impregnaci&oacute;n y curado de resina. Ha participado en varios proyectos de investigaci&oacute;n a nivel europeo y nacional y cuenta con varias publicaciones en congresos y revistas cient&iacute;ficas de impacto.</p>]]></description>

	<title><![CDATA[Unai Morales]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p>Mechanical Engineer graduated from UPV/EHU Engineering Technical School (University of Basque Country) in 2006. He has been working during ten years in TECNALIA RESEARCH AND INNOVATION (Basque Country R&amp;D centre). Since 2017, he is a PhD student at the research group of Polymer and Composites Technology at Mondragon Unibertsitatea. His research is focused on Design and Optimization of 3D printed composite structures, developing lightweighting solutions and impact loading applications. He actually is involved in different fundamental research projects such as European projects or industrial transfer projects oriented to the automotive industry and mechanical engineering equipments.</p>]]></description>
