I have PhD in Civil Engineering from prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Ropar, I

have published a few papers in reputable international journals. Currently, I am advising 4

M.Sc students research and have been invited to examine theses as an internal and an

external examiner at my home university, Ambo University. I have been in academia for

the last 10 years, teaching courses in Civil Engineering undergraduate programs and also

delivering master's courses in Civil Engineering specializations construction engineering

and management. In addition, I have 5 years of experience in leading organizations, two

years of which were as a department head and 2 years as PG coordinator of the Hachalu

Hundessa Campus, Ambo University.

To date, I have published at least 190 research papers in various renowned worldwide journals & repositories, including three co-authored books that can be seen on Google Scholar. I also advised numerous MSc & Ph.D. students for their research studies and have been invited to examine Theses' and dissertations' final presentations & defense at various universities in Ethiopia, Eastern Africa, University of Rostock, Rostock, Germany, and the Philippines. I have been in academia for over 20 years, teaching courses in the Master's programs of Civil Engineering (Construction Engineering and Management, Highway Engineering, Transportation Engineering, and Road and Transport Engineering) in Ethiopia, Eastern Africa, and the Philippines. In addition, my 22 years of experience at the Department of Public Works and Highways, Region 02, Cagayan Valley Region, Philippines, have enhanced my knowledge and made me confident in presenting the actual situation during my class lectures and research work.
