	<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Siyuan Wu</strong>&nbsp;received his Bachelor and Master of Engineering degree in Hydraulic and Hydropower Engineering&nbsp;from Northwest A&amp;F University, China, in 2015 and 2018. He is now an Ph.D. Candidate&nbsp;at Tongji University,China. His research interests include structural stability theory and structural vibration. He is a member of CSTAM&nbsp;and SSC.
